Tackle the Ultimate Man Mission

We all come to a point in our lives when sitting on the beach in Phuket, looking at God’s thong-wrapped handy work, simply isn’t enough. Exploration is in our blood, adventure our middle name, and the world’s most exotic locales simply notches yet to be scratched on the traveller’s belt of life. So it’s only understandable that the idea of following in the footsteps (or perhaps hoof prints) of Genghis Khan in a vintage motorcycle sidecar might appeal.

From September, individual riders and groups (lets face it, it’s a man’s week away kind of thing) will be able to pilot classic Chinese military Chang Jiang 750 motorcycles for the chance of a lifetime, the epic nine-day Genghis Khan Run through the remote wastelands and rugged mountains of Mongolia, like a troop of modern day nomads.

Finish at the Great Wall, renewed and re-inspired. And if you organise a group of 12 or more mates, they will custom build you a bike and send it home to Hong Kong with you. There are regular departures for groups and a special individual run on September 12.

“Ulaanbaatar, away!”
