This personal water propeller is not only light, compact and thus very portable, but it’s also easy to use. Just submerge it into the water, turn it on, hold onto the handles and off you go. It’s a nifty aquatic contraption for when you’re amongst friends at a pool party or exploring deep sea wrecks. There are six models available in Hong Kong: the slowest being the Dolphin (5.4kg), which can run at a speed of up to 3.2km/hr and a depth of 5m, for 1.5 hours; and the fastest being the Explorer (14.5kg), at a speed of up to 5.3km/hr and a depth of 50m, for 2 hours. Prices range from US$239 to US$899, depending on the model.
