So, if you really want to know what you’re working with, really want to find out if there’s a connection, you need a setting that’s both neutral and elegant; one that’s sophisticated but not intimidating; a scenario that can linger if you want it to, or come to an abrupt halt if need be. You need brunch.
Fortunately, you can impress the pants off her with the newly-launched Dom Pérignon Ultimate Brunch at Ozone at the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong. The chic new brunch offering, held at the highest bar in the world, has been crafted by Brazilian chef Rafael Gil and includes freshly shucked oysters on arrival (what better way to start a date) and an enticing selection of appetizers – from sushi and foie gras to Joselito ham, said to be the best in the world – followed by a myriad of mains, from Boston lobster and Wagyu beef to Spanish pork ribs and fresh snow crab, all of which is washed down with plenty of free-flow Dom Pérignon Champagne. If things don’t work out, you’ve had a nice meal in a beautiful restaurant and maybe made a new female friend (and isnt’ that a curious thing?); but if they do, well, you have the rest of the afternoon to explore those opportunities.
Think of it as your own social experiment.
