MOH-JO Men's Grooming Site Male Products for Asian Market

[22/04/12]

MOH-JO has just gone online, a male grooming site where guys can explore lotions and potions without feeling public scrutiny of their manhood. It targets the Asian market, which is invaluable because there are plenty of good products that don’t get distributed in the region. Even basic deodorant is inferior in HK - you have to get friends in the West to send it over. Otherwise your pits don’t just get smelly, they turn into this weird, sticky mess.

The e-commerce site stocks products from the likes of Brave Solider, a high performance sports brand and California North, which has an award winning shaving cream and after shave cologne. They also sell Kusco Murphy, an Australian hair brand, Bluebeard (beard grooming essentials) and Balla Powder - a talcum powder specifically made for men which is perfect for HK’s humidity. (If you’ve ever gone into a men’s changing room here and seen the white dust clouds, you’ll know that a good talc is manna from heaven.)

Our favourite product, however, is Knotty Boy, a dreadlock soap and wax which is MOH-JO's number one seller to the Chinese market. We have to admit that revelation raised an eyebrow. How many dreadlocks have you seen this side of Koh Phangan? Still, it illustrates MOH-JO’s qualities. Although it doesn’t have the biggest range, what it does sell is difficult to find elsewhere, so stop using that pink roll-on and start being a real man again.

Get your mojo back.
