GO! feat. Chemical Brothers Come Meet Sammy The Salmon

[15/09/10]

Their tracks have been an anthem of sorts for so many of your short life's greatest moments. They've been there with you, through the thick and the thin, like the smooth, addictive beats spun by a peaking fairy godmother from South London. They helped make big beat electronic dance music what it is today, delivering us sack loads of fat-free ear candy, and inspiring legions of DJs to follow and experiment with music in the process. And now, the only chemicals your brain really needs, are coming to Asia.

The Chemical Brothers will join forces with the likes of Empire of the Sun, Above & Beyond and Major Lazer at GO!, one of a series of events to be organized at the new Marina Bay Sands Singapore in anticipation of the opening of Hollywood-esque super club Avalon next year.

The two-day event will be held at the Sands' Expo & Convention Centre, with day one featuring Flo Rida, Above & Beyond, Steve Angello and Santigold, and day two featuring Empire and Make the Girl Dance. The Chemical Brothers (DJ Set) will play on the second day.

Finally, a reason (beyond SQ crew) to go to Singapore.
