7Heaven Making Social Connections

They say no man is an island, and even the most socially adverse among us would have to agree that at the core, men are social animals. We have an instinctive drive to interact, create bonds, and be with others. Luckily, Hong Kong’s nightlife scene is well suited to feed this need for personal connections. From intimate, dimly-lit restaurants and male-orientated cigar lounges to raucous clubs and slick cocktail lounges, the modern gent in Hong Kong is spoilt for choice when it comes to where and how he wants to play out his social interactions.

7Heaven is the new kid on the crowded LKF block. The sizeable club – it occupies 4,000sqft of prime real estate in the heart of Central – boasts dim lighting, a chic, minimalist design aesthetic, and sunken banquettes, the perfect setting in which to form those crucial interpersonal bonds. Along with smooth beats and weekly theme nights, 7Heaven offers a drinks list that features the type of people that facilitate smooth introductions: Dom, Cristal, Johnnie, Jack, and Patron. Of course, if that set is just slightly too rambunctious, try a Thumbs Up. One of the club’s signature cocktails, this fruity elixir is a smooth concoction of rum, Cointreau, passionfruit, cranberry and grapefruit. If you find that 7Heaven is particularly conducive to making social connections, check out the club’s exclusive membership program packed with privileges.

Just remember to play well with others.
