Classified Happy Valley Classified Opens Its Sixth Store in Hong Kong

[08/02/11]

Man cannot live on bread alone, of this we're sure. Nor can he live on martinis alone, no matter how pure the vodka, how satisfyingly-salty the olive, or how well the concoction is blended by the hands of a true artist.

Face it, after about six, most of us fall asleep. Man can also not live on cheese alone, although we're sure there are plenty of blokes who call Happy Valley home that will soon be wishing they could.

That's right, Classified are bringing their artisan cheeses, boutique wines and handcrafted breads to Happy Valley. The new Classified store opens on February 25 and is the group's sixth outlet, faithfully delivering Camembert and Fontina Val D' Aosta fixes to the lactose-tolerant masses.

Located on Yuk Sau Street, the new branch will offer 50 artisanal cheeses from England, Ireland, Italy, France and Switzerland, as well as more than 100 wine labels. There will also be a café serving up gourmet coffee, exotic teas, hearty breakfasts and an all day menu of eat-in or take-away favourites.

Who's a happy chappy now?
