An artisan pizza bar created by the hospo brothers we love to love - Rummin’ Tings’ Manesh & Manoj Chellaram and Harsh & Rohit Roopchand – Amalfitana transplants that laid back all’s welcome vibe from Hollywood Road to Repulse Bay with chic interiors by EDG design and a delectable menu by chef Michel Degli Agosti that’s rooted in tradition but with plenty of modern twists. From fresh salads and zesty starters through to crowd pleasing mains, there’s something for everyone, but you’re here for the pizza, made with long rising dough that creates lighter pizzas that showcase the toppings to perfection. From the Margherita, with San Marzano tomatoes and mozzarella; and the signature Amalfitana, with Bufala mozzarella, porcini mushroom, rocket, and Parma ham; to the Il Capo, with black truffle (shaved tableside by the Chef), this is one classy seaside pizza joint.
