In the words of philosopher Michel de Montaigne “the finest souls are those that have the most variety and suppleness”, and we couldn’t agree more.
Add variety and innovation to your palate with One Star House Party, a brilliant new concept from culinary whiz kid James Sharman. Following on from the chef’s successful Hong Kong pop-up in January, the Tom Aikens protégé and Noma Chef de Partie (no that doesn’t mean he was head of catering) leads an Avengers-styled team of restaurant pros on an epic culinary adventure that takes its inspiration from the foodie capitals of the world. Located at the SoHo Printing Press, a whimsical venue that comes complete with its own double bed, One Star House Party will fling its doors open one week each month, with the crew spending the rest of the time travelling, experimenting and developing imaginative new menus for your dining pleasure. It’s essentially a private kitchen concept, thrown by a talented chef, and inspired by the United Nations, with pop-ups in New York and San Francisco acting as muses for this month’s menu, and inspiration coming from Buenos Aires, Taipei and Tokyo in future weeks.
Time to get out of your comfort zone.
