It’s just another reason why it’s awesome to be a guy. But that doesn’t mean you don’t occasionally come up against a man-sized culinary quandary when it’s time to pick a meal.
That problem will be solved at the first Taste of Hong Kong restaurant festival, running March 10-13 on the city’s harbourfront. In its 11th year and with 22 destinations already hosting their own shows, the first Taste Festival to be held in Asia promises to be the ultimate destination for frantic foodies, with 12 of the city’s best restaurants – from Yardbird and Duddell’s to Tosca and Amber – cooking up a storm and giving punters the chance to be as gastronomically promiscuous as they like – after all, we’re not here to judge. There will be more than 40 signature dishes on offer, served tapas style so you can graze to your heart’s delight, as well as champagne and wine workshops, cooking demonstrations by leading international chefs and even artisanal produce up for grabs.
Time to live like the other half.
