As these pictures prove, when you meet 'The One' trivialities such as the other person's surname shouldn't stop you getting married. Luckily for us, these couples were so unfussed by their ridiculous surnames that they announced their weddings and engagements in local papers:
Other pairings need to be pronunced the right way such as Miss Kumon and Mr Topomi (come on top of me) and Miss Gowen and Mr Geter (go and get her). But we can only feel sorry for Mr Beer (one of the coolest names out there) for marrying Miss Crapp.
